Please note that some of our users find this thinner version of PEX (0.19mm) is not as suitable for PETG as our standard version (0.35mm), if using PETG we suggest using a glue stick as a barrier to avoid bonding and possible chipping during part removal.

The Pre-Installed Flexible Build System includes:

  • 1  Wham Bam Flexi Magnetic Base (high temp-resistant up to 150 degrees with high temp 3M adhesive)
  • 1  Wham Bam Flexi Build Plate (spring steel) with pre-installed Wham Bam Custom Formulated PEX (0.19mm) Build Surface

Completely useless

Tried putting it on the build plate since it didn't have spots on it for the clips to allow it to be used on the glass plate. Was unable to properly level it no matter what wham bam plate I used after that. Would not work on the glass plate at all.

258 x 230 Kit with PEX Pre-Installed on Craftbot Plus
I found that this kit will fit the Craftbot Plus heater plate. Just apply the magnetic piece the aluminum heater plate and trim to size. The Stainless Steel (ss) build surface fits nicely over the magnetic piece. Followed the surface preperations of steel wool and alcohol followed by a clean cloth and alcohol surface clean. Used it for PLA, PETG, TPU and ABS and it adhered well without any over sticking problems.
