Creality K1 PEX is a game changer!

While I love my cheap amazon textured PEI, ever since I converted to Whambam's PEX FBS I not only don't use the PEI, I also don't use glue anymore. Well a bit for TPU just so it will come off, and the only thing I use PEI for these days is PETG as it will bond to PEX. I usually print in ASA, ABS, and CF for high temp stuff and it handles all of these well.

Initially Reluctant to spend $ on a build plate for my inexpensive printer——-wish I had done it a long time ago. Great adhesion and when it cools you can practically blow on it to remove your print. It’s really great, vastly superior to the glass, oem flexible black thing, and PEI. (I got the PEX).

WhamBam Creality K1 PEX is amazing!

My WhamBam build plates are all my " go to" for most projects. I use PEX and just add a little extra heat to get great adhesion with no glue or other. I only use that for PETG and PC blends! Consult your instructions that are included for details.
